The System IPCC Installer can only be run by a user that is both a local machine administrator and logged in as a domain user with rights to create Organizational Units (OUs).

Tasks:
Add the Cisco Root Organizational Unit, and at least one Facility Organizational Unit with one Instance Organizational Unit.

Steps:
·      Mount the ICM Software CD
·      Find and run the file Setup.exe at the root or top level of the CD
·      The Cisco ICM Setup dialog will open and is displayed

The Cisco ICM Setup Dialog Box will display two buttons:
·      Upgrade All
·      Domain Manager

And in the lower left hand corner, a check box for Prompt for Security Hardening

This is shown in the screen shot below, though the button for Upgrade All is not an available option.  Also, the “Add Instance” dialog box will NOT show any information, until you click the “Domain Manager” button and define the settings, and then it will be available.
